Recruitment Scam Notice

Please note that DaVita Medical Group, HealthCare Partners, The Everett Clinic, Northwest Physicians Network, MountainView Medical Group, Magan Medical Clinic, now part of the OptumCare family  "the Company" has been made aware of a recruitment scam in which someone has created fake accounts and is fraudulently representing themselves as recruiters of our company. 

From what we know thus far, this particular scammer is posting a job with a fake Company, email address ( through Zip Recruiter and setting up candidate interviews via a mobile app messenger. During the process they are asking for personal information to set up your personal profile. There could be other attempts, we just wanted to share what we know with our candidates. 

Our Top Tips for You

  • If you receive an email or phone request from an alleged Company recruiter that requests for you to commit to providing confidential information upfront please be very cautious.
  • Any internet job posting that does not link to the job postings page on is not a legitimate Company job posting and may be fraudulent. 
  • All official Company Careers email communications are sent with a email address and a legitimate email from a recruiter will include the recruiter's direct contact information. If you are applying for a career at one of our subsidiary businesses the following email accounts are:
  • The Company will not ask you to download a mobile app to conduct an interview. 
  • The Company recruiters will not ask for non-work related personal information or your willingness to complete a background check during the interview process. This information is only request post offer acceptance and is handled through our internal onboarding specialists.
  • Employment verification information is collected on our secure web portal and never over email or phone.

If you suspect someone is fraudulently representing the Company, please email and tell us about the communications you received, and include the suspicious job postings and/or emails as attachments. This will preserve important information that may help us identify the source of the potential scam.
